Saltire Scholars
Sponsored by Entrepreneurial Scotland, The Saltire Scholars program is a highly competitive internship opportunity open to all students in their junior year of study in a Scottish University. Each Summer a select group of interns will spend 10-12 weeks working virtually or in-person with various teams and departments within Arranta Bio.
MassBioEd Apprenticeships
In collaboration with MassBioEd, Arranta Bio is a founding sponsor of this innovative program that will welcome a group of carefully selected individuals to take part in the Biomanufacturing Technician program. These apprenticeships provide accelerated training for individuals to gain foundational knowledge and acquire industry-recognized skills and to build a career in biomanufacturing.

Year Up® is a national not-for-profit workforce development organization committed to ensuring equitable access to economic opportunity, education, and justice for all young adults—no matter their background, income, or zip code. Employers like Arranta Bio face a growing need for talent while millions of talented young adults lack access to meaningful careers. Arranta Bio has partnered with Year Up to help bridge the gap by taking on interns and hiring graduates from the program.
Flare Education
Arranta Bio partners with Flare Education to create high-quality professional training and career development opportunities for Massachusetts high school students. Flare Education was founded to make a dent in the systemic racism and generational poverty plaguing American communities by training the next generation of diverse business leaders and building direct paths to employment for high school students from under-resourced backgrounds.
