Working at Arranta Bio means having a direct hand in supporting advanced therapy innovators to bring health, hope, freedom, and life to patients in need.
Bringing life-changing therapeutics to patients.
Arranta Bio is a fast-growing contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) with deep roots in the biopharmaceutical industry. Arranta Bio was founded by a team of experienced, passionate leaders with the vision of supporting biopharmaceutical pioneers with our expertise and resources to change the lives of patients.
We are collectively impassioned by the work we do and the people we impact, which is why we continuously challenge ourselves to grow, learn and surpass the limits of our capabilities. We are looking for problem-solvers, innovators and collaborators who thrive in an exciting, fast-paced environment and share our passion for success.
Celebrating diversity, inclusion and allyship.
We couldn’t advance our mission without the diverse breadth of people, identities, cultures and perspectives across our organization. That is why we hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of diversity and inclusion and provide equal opportunity employment across socioeconomic boundaries.
As part of our commitment to empowering individuals of all backgrounds and circumstances to realize their potential, we partner with Year Up, a nonprofit organization working to close the opportunity divide for young people outside of the economic mainstream. We are currently hosting Year Up interns at our Watertown, Massachusetts, facility and have hired three graduates from the program. Arranta is also supporting the MassBioEd Biomanufacturing Technician apprenticeship to widen access into the life sciences industry and looking forward to welcoming more future innovators on an ongoing basis.
We can be paralyzed by the challenges and divisions in our society. We can feel overwhelmed until we recognize that there are many actions we can take to make a difference. It’s our duty to open doors, support those of color and from diverse backgrounds to pursue a fulfilling career in life sciences. Let’s take those steps together.
Listening, learning, leading.
What defines a great company culture is more than just fantastic team-building events and a never-ending supply of coffee and snacks (though don’t get us wrong – we’ve got all that and more). The way we see it, celebrating our successes, recognizing the contributions of our teams, supporting our communities through employee-led initiatives and lifting one another up in times of need are pillars of a great workplace.
We lead with openness and transparency, looking to our employees for ways to improve as a company. In fact, we have a dedicated employer of choice project team continuously seeking input from staff on what they look for in an employer – the feedback we take to heart and incorporate into our organizational strategy.
